Welcome back! We are ecstatic to announce our reopening. Things will look a little different from what we have all come to know and love, but we are inviting you to be part of the journey as we pave the path forward. With your well-being at the forefront of our priorities we are asking for your partnership in keeping each other safe as we all navigate this new normal. Here is what you can expect from us and what we are asking of you.

What you can expect from us…

Our priority is your safety. This is how we’re protecting you:

*The Cheyenne Civic Center team will adhere to health department guidelines and recommendations of the CDC

  • Reducing Capacity
    • Venue is reduced to a 30% capacity with a maximum of 416 seats
  • Enhancing cleaning procedures
    • Common areas and frequent touch points are sanitized
    • Auditorium seating will be sanitized after every show
    • Bathrooms will be monitored and sanitized regularly
  • Educating staff and volunteers
    • Staff and volunteers will undergo health screenings daily
    • Frequent hand washing and sanitizing for all team members
    • PPE Requirements for all team members
  • Respecting your space
    • Streamlined Concessions
    • Directional signage and reminders posted throughout venue
    • Group seating will be separated by a circumference of 6 feet
    • Groups will be limited 6 or less
    • Encourage online sales
    • Early arrival for high-risk patrons
  • Expediting your purchase flow
    • Separate access for all online ticket holders
    • Credit and debit card transactions only
    • Extended hours for day of show box office
  • Keeping you informed and up to date
    • Push notifications for policy awareness and changes
    • Updates on event status
  • Giving you options
    • Experiencing COVID-19 symptoms? Please stay home. You can either donate your tickets to Art Access or receive a refund.

Help us help you. With your health and safety at the forefront of our priorities, we want your return to be a safe and pleasant experience. In order to protect the health and safety of our community we ask the following:

Please remember to:

  • Learn your entrance
    • Online ticket holders will know their point of entrance upon purchase. Please know what entry point you’re assigned to prior to arrival.
  • Consistently wash hands and sanitize regularly 
  • Wear a protective mask in all shared spaces 
  • Stay home if you’re not feeling well
  • Maintain a 6-foot social distance from others 
  • Notify the venue if you’ve tested positive for COVID-19 following an event
